The Objective

The goal of this project was to modernize the organization’s digital presence. We updated the website’s branding and migrated to a new content management system (Umbraco) to make administrative tasks more efficient. We also optimized the design for mobile devices to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for the public.

The Solution

Guided by user research—including journey mapping, workflows, and analysis of analytics and surveys—I translated the brand guidelines into a scalable design system that prioritizes accessibility and eases page management.

Leveraging these research insights, I developed over 15 flexible layout templates that ensure consistent design, while crafting intuitive navigation and search experiences tailored to user needs.
