The Objective

The primary objective was to modernize the existing reporting system by integrating current application features with enhanced reporting capabilities, directly supporting more effective and data-driven county operations.

The Solution

I led the UX research and design strategy to modernize this platform, leveraging the design system established for SOS Record Services to ensure consistency and efficiency. By mapping and improving complex incident workflows, I delivered a responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web application featuring robust role-based access control, secure document management, and dynamic form validation.
